& CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations are guaranteed by credit card. We accept all major credit
cards.
Cards will not be processed until party checks into RV park; may pay
by cash or check.
Cancellations do occur and there
is no charge if cancellation is made ONE-WEEK prior to reservation date if it
is a holiday weekend; Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day.
24 hour notice required on regular
reservations.
FAILURE TO CANCEL MAY RESULT IN A FEE THAT WOULD BE IN ACCORDANCE TO YOUR RESERVATION
- NIGHTLY, WEEKLY OR MONTHLY.
No cash refunds. Camp credit only.
Camp credit applies to daily and weekly rate only with 24 hour notice.

DIRECTIONS:
From HWY 7/HWY 177 junction in Sulphur -
west 1.6 miles.
From the North, take Exit 53 (Davis,
Duncan, Sulphur) on I-35. It is 10.2 miles from
I-35 to the Bungalows and RV Sites. As you enter Sulphur and the highway narrows to two
lanes, you will
see a red barn (real estate office). Just to the East is a peach colored house. That is
our home and office.
Come to the west door and we will direct you from there.
From the South, take Exit 51 (Turner Falls
area). Stay on HWY 7 (3.7 miles to Davis and Hwy 7).
Turn right on Hwy 7 and go through Davis to Sulphur. (7.4 miles)
As you enter Sulphur and the highway narrows to two lanes, you will
see a red barn (real estate office). Just to the East is a peach colored house. That is
our home and office.
Come to the west door and we will direct you from there.
